WHEF Hires Associate Director for Evaluation and Learning

We’re thrilled to welcome Endaisia Love to the Woodward Hines Education Foundation as Associate Director for Evaluation and Learning.

Endaisia brings deep experience in evaluation, learning, and strategy across the education and nonprofit sectors. Most recently, she served as an independent consultant for Southern Dallas Thrives, a United Way of Metropolitan Dallas initiative focused on improving outcomes in education, income, and health for Southern Dallas residents. Her work helped drive strategic alignment and integrated efforts across these core areas.

From 2022 to 2024, Endaisia served as the inaugural Advancing Evaluation in Philanthropy (AEP) Fellow, a partnership between Southern Methodist University’s Addy Foundation Center on Research and Evaluation and the Walton Family Foundation. As an AEP Fellow, she supported external evaluations, organizational learning, and strategic planning in collaboration with WFF’s Strategy, Learning, and Evaluation Education team.

Endaisia also brings experience from KIPP Texas Public Schools, where she served as a Research and Evaluation Analyst on the Strategy and Organizational Effectiveness teams. There, she supported cross-departmental program evaluation, technical assistance, and data capacity building.

Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Endaisia holds a Master of Education in Measurement, Evaluation, Statistics, and Assessment from Boston College and a BA in Sociology from Trinity University.

Endaisia’s passion for equitable systems, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative learning makes her an exciting addition to our foundation. Please join us in giving her a warm welcome.
